I was referred to Vishal by a friend back in 2010 who actually used a different realtor to buy his house but knew how good of a realtor he was so I used him and was happy that I did. Then once I talked to all of my other friends as they bought houses I really found out how good he actually was compared to other realtors. Not to mention the residual perks of dinners and events.
