I would highly recommend Vidona Residential. I had a very good experience. So much so that I have referred friends and family. Buying a house can be a very emotional and stressful process. There was also a lot that I did not know as I was a first time buyer. Prior to working with Vidona Residential I had a different agent that was terrible. Then my sister introduced me to Vishal and it was a great fit. The team worked with me to locate and look and houses. They listened to my concerns, made helpful suggestions, and provided me with good information that helped me make decisions along my journey.They ALWAYS returned my calls within a reasonable amount of times, most times the same day.There were times where I made an offer but did not get the house. It happened several times. It was very disappointing. The team was there and let me take breaks from the process when needed, but helped me to push forward to reach my goal on my time. They were very understanding and knowledgeable. Years later I know that if I need something I can still reach out. The customer service is excellent.
